Cascade Plastics is a new injection molding plant in North Lewiston, Idaho, and part of an established family of molding plants in Minnesota and Arkansas.
Why Lewiston
Plastic trays and packaging are light, but they're bulky, and shipping them long distances gets expensive fast. The better answer is to mold them close to the people who use them.
That's how Cascade Plastics came to Lewiston. Our group was already molding packaging for a Lewiston ammunition maker from its plants in Minnesota. So in 2025 it announced a new plant right here in the valley, where the parts could be made down the road instead of halfway across the country.
Built to grow with the valley
The plant opened in 2026 with plans for more than 30 jobs. We're hiring locally, and we're looking for manufacturers across the Northwest and the West Coast who want a molder close to home.
